Joseph (Joey) Ratcliff, Ed.D., has over a decade of experience as a practitioner in higher education, student affairs, admissions, ethical leadership, and student development. His research and work have been presented at over 35 regional, national, and international conferences and he routinely serves as a consultant for higher education institutions and non-profit organizations. Dr. Ratcliff has chaired or served on over 15 dissertation committees and is proficient in all research methodologies and data analytics. His own research interests in social justice, whiteness/white supremacy, college-going adults, white racial identity development, critical race theory, and societal barriers to the equitable treatment of people have been published in academic journals and represented in the national discourse.
